Extraordinary General Meeting 2026

The shareholders of Boliden AB (publ) (company registration number 556051–4142) are summoned to the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Monday, 23 November, 2026, at 10.00 (CET). The EGM will be held at Mannheimer Swartling's premises at Norrlandsgatan 21 in Stockholm. The meeting facilities will be open for registration from 09.00 (CET).
