Group management
In addition to the President, the Group's executive management consists of the heads of Boliden's two business areas Mining and Smelters, the Finance Director and the Executive Vice President People and Sustainability.
Group management meets once a month to follow up operations and discuss group-wide issues, draw up proposals for strategic plans, business plans and budgets, which the President presents to the Board of Directors for approval.
