Auditors

The external auditor is an independent reviewer of Boliden's accounts to ensure that they provide a fair, accurate and complete portrayal of the company's position and economic performance. The auditor also reviews the Board’s and the managing director’s administration and reports his findings to the Board without the presence of management and also to the shareholders at the AGM.

At the 2023 AGM, auditors Deloitte AB were re-elected as auditors until the close of the 2024 AGM. Authorized public accountant Thomas Strömberg was appointed auditor-in-charge. He is a partner of Deloitte Sweden and has auditing assignments inter alia for Ericsson. Compensation to the auditors will be paid according to approved invoice.
