Helping our employees achieve increased well-being, and preventing the development of physical complaints, are important. The Bergsöe smelter offers a good example of the way we work with these issues: employees at the smelter have access to an in-house gym and a masseur who also holds "back schools" and teaches people how to stay in shape. The gym is open around the clock and the masseur provides treatment and holds classes a couple of times a week.
