Variable remuneration

The variable remuneration for the President and CEO during 2012 is based on return of own capital, startup of BoRe and actual costs in absolute numbers. These three components will give maximum 36 percent, 12 percent and 12 percent of the basic salary.

For other senior executives the variable compensation is maximized to 50 percent of the basic salary.

10 percent of the variable compensation for the President and CEO and other executives shall be used to increase their ownership in the company. The structure of the variable compensation model is determined on a yearly basis.

There is no share compensation in the group.
