Boliden's external auditors were elected at the 2009 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to serve as the company's auditors until the conclusion of the 2013 AGM. The main responsibility of the auditors is to examine the annual report and financial accounting, as well as the administration of the Board of Directors and the CEO.
At the AGM in 2009, Ernst & Young AB was elected auditor until the end of the AGM of 2013. Authorized Public Accountant Lars Träff is the senior auditor. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ernst & Young AB, and auditor for e.g. Avanza, Lantmännen, Posten AB, Scania AB, ÅF and Investment AB Öresund.
